you need an Ophthalmologist, don't go here. When you call for an appointment, the receptionist will say "Dr Kutryb is booked further out, but Dr Smith can see you sooner." It would be normal to assume "Dr Smith" would be an ophthalmologist, since the office is an " Eye Institute." Wrong. Bait and switch. Dr Smith is an optometrist, trained to sell eyeglasses in this fancy new office. NOT trained to assess medical conditions of the eye or to consider medical histories of patients. If you need prescription glasses, save your money and go to Lens Crafters. If you need a medical exam of your eyes, keep searching for an ophthalmologist who has time to see his/her patients to provide the care you're paying for and deserve

Awesome surgeon and staff!!!

I have seen Dr. Kutryb for a variety of eye issues and am impressed not ony with his knowledge, but with his kindness and his willingness and ability to consider the patient's entire medical status in recommending treatment. He also believes in informed consent ant takes the time to explain options. I have greatly appreciated having him as one of my medical providers. The only negative I have is that if you have a non-emergent appointment, the wait is long in the office . Bring a book. Emergencies are handled promptly and well.
