Dr. Michael William Lamb, MD

I went to the er two weeks after a hysterectomy. I had started dangerously bleeding. This man looked as if he had been up for 5 days. My husband and I attempted to explain what was going on and he would make jokes and talk about things that had nothing to do with what was going on. I was terrified and he joked. The nurses were wonderful, they politely apologized for this doctor, I use the term very loosely. There was no privacy and the er was packed. He was the only doctor and moved at the pace of a sloth. I heard the way he spoke to people who were hurting and it was despicable. My husband finally decided that I would not receive proper care and we left. I would highly recommend if this man is the only one to treat you to leave immediately.

Maybe he was tired because it was the wee hours of the morning, but he moped in the room, didn't introduce himself, made things easier on him versus making them easier on my two year old, and really showed no connection to us at all. We saw him in an ER. I honestly thought he was a janitor or maybe a very new medical employee.

Needs to have his medical license revoked!

I recently went to the e r at mineral area hospital in farmington missouri, and after several! Several requests for the so called "dr lamb" to call my 5 yr old sons ped, he refused. He did run several tests on my son and after telling my that my brand new temp at home was wrong, cuz my son had 105.7 temp- and after giving him meds at home before bringing him to the e r he had a temp of 103.7- he told me my son had pnemonia. One day later when i took my son o his REAL dr he told me that he had RSV! And his REAL dr showed me on the lab results where it even showed that from the e r! My question is this- if "dr lamb" knew my son had RSV why didnt he tell me that instead of telling me and my husband he had pnemonia and then putting he had acut bronchitis? Well, "dr lamb"? I asked u sooooo many times and u acted as if I didnt know that there was something seriously wrong. And he we thought drs knew what they were talking about. Have fun with your career in the e r cuz i would never take… one of my family member to you ever again! I would treat them myself! Veronica-RN. Didnt know i was one when i was there now did u?
