Dr. Large communicates very well. I am almost 5 years out from bladder cancer diagnosis. Just had a visit last week. I think the world of him and his staff.

Dr Large is very compassionate, listens to his patients, takes the time to get to know and understand their needs. Together we decided on a treatment plan. We totally trust him and know he will always consider what is best for his patients.

Dr. Large is the most competent & compassionate medical professional I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Dr. Large has been with me since the beginning of my cancer issues in 2016. When my health was at its lowest, my sisters wanted to take me on a trip to see my favorite band in Chicago. My family was very apprehensive & said “Let’s ask the Dr.” Dr Large had his staff print my entire medical record, contacted his colleagues in Chicago & I left his office with specific instructions on where to go & who to contact if I had any issues on my 2 day trip! My family loves him & I owe my life & the quality of life I have to Dr. Large. I trust him with everything & refer to him before making any major medical decisions. If u are ever in need of a urologist, look no further than Dr Large bc u have found the BEST!

Dr Large was able to save the bladder, after 6 mth of Chemo my husband is in remission. Dr Large is the most caring Doctor we have ever meet. He was up from with everything that was going to happen and explain everything In detail so we would know and understand everything every step of the way. We were provided a nurse practitioner who set up all our appointments so all I had to do was take care of my husband. I can not express enough on what a wonderful Doctor he is. My Mother was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer (a tumor) & referred to Dr. Large. Took 2 months to get in for the 1st appointment where she was tested and told she would need a complete Hysterectomy with chemo & radiation. Not given a stage or any other type of diagnoses. This was 1.5 years ago and we were just learning that the FDA is trying to end the "Morcellation" procedure/process. My mom refused treatment and was called in for an emergency next day appt where Dr. Large proceeded to threaten, coerce in every way imaginable including threatening my mom (69 years old) that she would be dead within 6 months if she didn't have the complete hysterectomy. Because she refused he told her she would no longer be seen at their office and his parting words were, "Don't cone crying back to me when your dieing from pain". My mom at this point was beyond upset and from this person's threats went home to live out her last days in peace. SHE accepted that she was going to DIE because of this sick… doctor. She went to a different Dr and accepted Chemo & Radiation. They shrank the tumor but before they had her do another round I put her on Chaga Tea for 2 months twice a day. She is now cancer free and has been for 6 months. Please if this or any Doctor suggests surgery to remove cancer know this. Morcellation is the common way to do so but it spreads the cancer throughout the area. For instance if having the bladder removed they go in through small cuts, disconnect the organ and while the organ is still in, blends it up inside of you so it can be suctioned out. Any cancer is then spread throughout. Google: Morcellation and inform yourself! This Doctor should be ashamed of himself.
