Terrible surgeon. Caused lots of pain with long term negative effects. Took no responsibly, tried to gaslight and took no interest in helping after he damaged my body. Not good at all. Very dangerous person to be working with women!

I saw Dr. Lau in 2010 for a rapidly growing fibroid uterine cyst and we decided the best course of action for me was a hysterectomy. He was kind, compassionate, and professional. I highly recommend him!

I am writing to support the vaginoplasty I had with Dr. Lau. It has been 6 weeks and I have made a full recovery. The green light has been given to resume normal activities, so I am excited to discover the results post-surgery. The decision to have this procedure was made after much research via the internet and meeting to discuss the difference between the non-invasive procedure of Thermiva versus Vaginoplasty. Honestly, there’s no comparison. Hands down, Thermiva would have done nothing for me. I attended the appointment to discuss the option but soon realized it would not provide the true changes I was looking for ie: reducing the size of the opening and improving elasticity and tightness of the vagina. After meeting with Dr. Lau, an extremely warm and friendly physician, I had confidence that all would go well. He assured me that this particular procedure would do everything I expected it to. I had a tummy-tuck 12 years ago, so I was familiar with surgery, recovery,… etc. I would say this particular procedure is similar to a tummy tuck in that stiches are applied, and muscle tissue is cinched in a way as to make the vagina similar in strength and elasticity to what it once was, prior to giving birth to a singleton and twins. My first daughter was 9 lbs 6 oz! A lot of changes were made by and to my body to accommodate her birth. I was stressed out about the “shot” given in the vaginal region as part of the surgical process. After reading a variety of reviews this was my biggest concern. No worries though with Dr. Lau…I was given a Valium-type pill on the morning of surgery. Within an hour, while watching a movie with headphones, he applied what felt like a cool gel to the exterior parts of my vagina. Within approximately 15-20 minutes he proceeded to give me some shots of what I think was something like lidocaine to the interior and an exterior portion of my vagina. The worst sensation I felt was a slight pinch. By the time I arrived home I was able to rest the remainder of the day with only minor pain medication needed since the numbing agent worked quite affectively at not allowing me to experience much pain. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Lau, his staff, and the procedure. I am very happy with the decision to have this procedure.

Dr. Lau is a great surgeon. I had a wonderful experience and everyone at the office was very professional and caring. The clinic was very clean and set up beautifully. He is very knowledgeable and he has so much passion for his profession. I would recommend him to family and friends. Don't hesitate to make an appointment. He is amazing.

It was clear, minutes into my consultation, that Dr. Lau was special. He explained the procedure I was interested in (labiaplasty) completely, answered all of my questions, and explained why he uses the techniques that he does. His bedside manner is excellent, he's warm and comforting. The result of my surgery was better than I could have ever hoped for. He is a surgical genius. He restored my sexual confidence and self-esteem in the bedroom. I feel feminine and finally normal. Go to Dr. Lau and ONLY Dr. Lau.

Dr. Lau is the best physician for any female problem. A friend recommended him to me years ago and I'm glad I went. Dr. Lau is an excellent surgeon and has a great personality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any female friend of mine. Thank you Dr. Lau for the excellent service you provide!

Dr. Lau is AWESOME! It is very hard to find a doctor that is not only knowledgeable, good at what they do, BUT also has a pleasant personality. Dr. Lau is a gyneocologist but also a cosmetic surgeon. I went to him to repair the damage from having children...not only did he do a great job, but we did a little extra to bring back my youth down there ;). If you need any type of surgery below the belt ladies dont think twice about seeing him...and if you live far away he is worth the drive....you will feel safe, cared for, and that YOU matter! Once you meet him you'll go back to him for what ever procedures he offers that you may need, or want.
