I have had an ACL transplant and 2 meniscus repairs from Dr. Lee. I have no complaints at all. He was very thorough, made sure I understood my options and I've had no problems with any of my surgeries. The office was able to schedule my surgeries quickly and it was nice to not have to sit around and wait. I would strongly recommend Dr. Lee.

Dr Lee is the most accessible, caring and knowledgeable doctor we have met. His care of our daughter with her concussion is exceptional.

Excellent experience on a second ACL tear that was probably not handled the best by the first ortho we used. Wait times are rather long, but that is the only downside. Great to work with and I am heppy to refer him.

I called this office to make an appointment for my husband and myself about one week ago and had to leave a message. two days later someone called me back and took a reather detailed history and I was told she would present this to Dr. Lee and would get back to me. I called again today and spoke with a gentlemen who wanted to go over everything again, when I explained I gave all this information last week he said "we must have lost it". I gave him all the info again and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Then a woman came on and asked for all the information again. I explained I had given this info twice already. She said I needed to give it to her or wait for them to deal with four calls ahead of me. I gave her the info. She said I would have to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment,which I explained the amount of pain I was in with my knee injury and was told that was the earliest appt. I was also told Dr. Lee does not treat osteoarthritis, which my husband has. I explained… that on many different websites that Dr. Lee specializes in osteoarthritis. She basically didn't care I am a RN and my husband is a surgeon, board certified in two areas of practice. I would fire anyone that had treated a potential patient the way I have been treated.

Get a call from the scheduler telling me that there is no X-ray machine. When I begin to explain my insurance issues with an nonphysician xray, I am told I have an attitude...hung up the phone and scheduled a different doctor. I detest self righteous medical staff that act like they are doing me a favor....never saw the doctor because the staff was rude.

I met with Dr. Lee's PA in my initial visit and he was great! He scheduled me my MRI and got me in with in a few days. Dr. Lee then called me on a Saturday to personally explain the findings in the MRI. My second visit was to get injections in my shoulder. Both appointments, I was in right at the scheduled time by the way. Dr. Lee went over the MRI's in the office in detail and he made sure I understood. He made me feel like I was his only patient that day as he did not act like he was in a rush and sat down with me! His staff is great and I did get appointment confirms and calls back from the staff when promised!

Dr Lee is an excellent, compassionate physician and I would highly recommend him. His Physician Assistant is also good. However, his office staff is very disorganized and difficult to get ahold of. Phone calls are not returned in a prompt manner, and very often you as the patient will have to call one or two times for an answer. Equally frustrating is the office staff's lack of follow through with getting insurance company authorization in a timely manner. The office staff is very skilled at collecting payment in a timely manner, but in advocating for you as the patient, they seem to lack a sense of urgency.
