Dr. Michael Eugene Leibowitz, MD

He touched my boobs without forewarning me of a breast exam at any point. I was told to put on a gown when i arrived. During my physical exam i was told to lift my arms at which point Dr. Leibowitz began to touch my boobs. There was no nurse in the room, as is typical for a breast exam.

I've seen him several times and was always treated with respect. I would definitely recommend this provider to others

Dr. Leibowitz is efficient and promptly follows up as he says. His office staff is wonderful and even when I have to wait to see him, it's not bad.

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I never had an issue with the doctor or the staff but the office manager is rude and ghetto. She told me that she. was, " doing me a favor answering the phone after hours." It sounded like she had hung up on me, but she actually put me on hold while I was talking and when she came back it sounded like she was somewhat laughing. I told her that she just lost a customer and hung up she immediatly called me to ask me where I wanted my file sent. The funny thing is she couldn't call me with my prescription for Lipitor and she couldn't call me all week with my blood work results but she called right away to be rude. I called the next day and a professional employee answered the phone, I told her of the incident that I had with her office manager and that I had never had an issue, I had always recommended the doctor. The employee apologized for my experience and asked me if I'd like the… doctor to call me... I told her yes since perhaps he wasn't aware of his horrible office manager. I never recieved a phone call. All I said to the office manager was that I really had to follow up regarding this last visit and that had never happened before and she went nuclear. I'm guessing she must be a relative of the doctor, there's no way a person that treats customers like that would still be working in any other office. Probably a cousin or wife even. But needless to say sorry... liked the doctor but your office manager belongs on reality tv!!!
