Dr. Michael Liu, MD

I wrote a bad review prop for this doctor’s office, for incompetence and neglect. My review was rejected. I guess they only want good reviews, NOT THE TRUTH. I’ trying again. They gave my grandson an MMR and varicella shot instead of the Hepatitis B shot he was scheduled for. Dr Liu said it was a miscommunication between him and his nurse. No apology was made and blew it off like it was of no importance to him. I guess his office gives wrong immunizations out to children and They don’t see the danger or importance of giving the Right shots out. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE and his office should be held accountable.

My grandson had an appointment at Dr Liu’s office for a Hepatitis B shot required for Kindergarten. The school nurse noticed that he was given an MMR Vaccine and varicella shot instead of hepatitis B. My daughter in law contacted Dr Liu’s office to report this error, but his office did not care about the error and told her to come back for the correct shot. Of course she will never go there again. In fact they didn’t apologize nor did they take responsibility for their mistake. They only said that there was a miscommunication between the doctor and nurse and brushed it off. Anyone can see that this was a very big error. I don’t think giving the wrong immunization is no problem. How can anyone Trust this office. I certainly cannot!

Great doctor, really thorough and trustworthy. The guy really knows his stuff!
