Dr. Louie is a great physician. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him. He listened well, answered all of my questions without rushing me and found the best solution to my problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a urologist. His staff is also very polite and attentive. Overall excellent experience. Thank you.

I WAITED OVER THREE WEEKS TO SEE DR. LOUIE BECAUSE HE WAS RECOMMENDED AS A GOOD DOCTOR. I WENT TO SEE HIM BECAUSE I HAD PAIN WALKING AND PROBLEM WITH THE URETHRA. HE PERFORMED A URETHRA DILATION TO HELP WITH URINE FLOW AND PAIN. ONE WEEK AFTER PROCEDURE I CALLED AND ASKED DR. LOUIE WAS IS UNUSUAL FOR ME TO STILL HAVE EXTREME PAIN. HE TOLD ME HE WASN'T ABLE TO HELP ME AND WOULD REFER ME TO ANOTHER DOCTOR. I FEEL HE SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED UP WITH AN EXAMINATION TO SEE HOW THE PROCEDURE WENT AND WHY I STILL WAS IN PAIN! I FOUND IT SO UNUSUAL THAT HE DID NOT EXAM ME BEFORE THE PROCEDURE, ALSO AFTER THE PROCEDURE. I WAS NOT EXAMINED TO SEE WHAT WAS OUTCOME OF PROCEDURE. I FEEL HE HAD NO INTEREST IN HELPING ME WITH MY HEALTH PROBLEM, SO HE WANTED TO REFER ME TO ANOTHER DOCTOR. I REFUSED HIS REFERRAL AND DID FIND A UROLOGIST DOCTOR WHO WAS ABLE TO HELP ME WITH THIS HEALTH PROBLEM. WOULD NEVER GO TO DR. LOUIE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband was excited to see this doctor for the first time. He felt comfortable with the doctor and that his medical problem, which he has had for years, was finally going to be helped. He has now been waiting almost three months to get a new prescription because of staff who has been giving him the runaround. When he calls he either has to leave a message, which nobody responds to, or talks to a staff member who doesn't know when his medicine will be in! Even the pharmacy has been having trouble getting a hold of them. He has even been to the office with no answers to his questions! My husbands health has been affected because of an office staff who does not care! I do not recommend going here!
