Dr. Lowney has so much experience and he is so down-to-earth and approachable. It’s always a quick and easy process to make an appointment and the doctor always answers all my questions and concerns without feeling rushed. He’s also got a great sense of humor!

I have been having insomnia issues for many years and was told Dr Lowney was involved with a sleep clinic. He did a complete history of my illnesses and current meds and has been working with me patiently to get me to sleep better. Even trying acupuncture. Switching meds around has helped a lot. Sleep is still a work in progress but is better!!

The office is a convenient location to the bus stop and the doctor is very knowledgeable. Dr. Lowney makes you feel like your his only appointment. I was a new patient and found the staff friendly.

The receptionist is so ignorant my husband and I have decided NOT to see this Doctor anymore after being patients of his for over 10 years. He CAN'T spend time with us at our appointment because she's so pushy she'll keep interrupting him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lowney for about 25 years. I can't imagine going to anyone else. He is very knowledgeable and if he comes across something that he doesn't know about, he sends you to the person who does! He was my mother's doctor before I took him as my Primary. I credit him with single handedly keeping her alive!

He's been my doctor for 25+ years. The recent changes to his office procedures have eliminated the long wait times, which would have been the only criticism I'd ever had of Dr Lowney and his practice.

Dr. Lowney is an amazing doctor. He is professional, brilliant, compassionate, devoted, he is a truly exceptional doctor. I came to Dr. Lowney in complete despair. I had been suffering from a very disabling problem that was ruining my life. I had seen countless other doctors but none of them were able to find the cause of my symptoms. Dr. Lowney actually listened to what my symptoms were, ran the appropriate tests, diagnosed several problems and put me on the road to recovery. I could not be more grateful to him for his care, I live in another state but will continue to see him because he is one in a million.
