Dr. Michael Ma, MD

I've been a patient of Dr MICHAEL MA since 2018. He is currently the Chief of Palliative medicine and using his professional title to abuse his professional power. He has obstructed my access to escalation... he's been medically negligent, he's medically gaslit me for the last year minimum. He apparently OWNS Kaiser Fontana because according to him he has no DIRECTOR or CHIEF OF STAFF at that location. He is currently avoiding accountability for PCM. He's unable to differentiate between Geriatrics, Palliative and Hospice. He's incapable of managing his department and staff with integrity. He has attempted to slander my name and reputation even though I worked at that very same facility before him... as a nurse. He is responsible for closing department grievances prematurely and marking them as resolved without due diligence. He has put my health at risk several times due to abuse of power... and does not deserve his current title of Chief. He is a disgrace to the Kaiser… Permanente organization and not only put his professional license at risk... but also put the accreditation of that entire location at risk due to incompetence and abuse of power. When confronted with these issues... rather than address them like a man or Dr should... he had one of his minions contact me to drop me from his service. He is a disgrace to that entire organization.
