Dr Maccini is very thorough. It was refreshing to have a provider that is passionate about the well-being of his patients. He seems to really care about the long term results not just a quick paycheck or bandaid solution. Thank you Dr Maccini for your dedication and time!

Dr. Marconi is very efficient and runs on time., I was actually I was actually seen by him before my appointment time. He completely explained the diagnosis and treatment options. As a physician myself, I can tell that he is extremely competent and a pleasure to work with. His office staff followed up the next workday to schedule recommended testing and she was easy to work with and very kind.

Had a prostate biopsy, a follow up phone call and 6-month in-person appointment. He and his care team are excellent communicators, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent care. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend Dr. Maccini, Jessica Lucero and the rest of his team at Spokane Urology.

Short wait to be seen, skip the online check in as they don’t use it. Dr. Maccini was very helpful, presenting a lot of background information and encouraging me to ask questions. He spent a lot of time answering and didn’t make me feel rushed.

It was fine. There was no wait to speak of and he gave me full information about the choices that I will have to make in the near future.

Dr Michael Maccini takes the time to explain and discuss all of your concerns. Whether it be taking a medication, or going without for now. He enters the room with notes on your previous appointment to discuss any changes to your health or concerns you had in the past. I wish all doctors were this prepared and informative. I would in courage anyone seeking a urologist to see him.

Dr Maccini has done an amazing job with two bladder surgeries of mine. I have the utmost confidence in his work.

The whole team was great. The doctor was pleasant and being a retired nurse felt he explained the procedure well. He seemed truly concerned with what was happening and talked about investigating the cause of forming stones so close to the other surgery. Plans made for those options . Thank you

Professional and by the book. With that said, he has no bedside manner and not willing to listen about underlying symptoms causing that are due to hormone imbalance.

Dr. Maccini was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. Procedure went smoothly without any issues.
