Waste of your health. They just don't seem to care at all. I changed Doctors, 3 months now trying to get my records moved. They won't respond to my new doctor nor my phone calls. I signed all the formal consent papers. And 0 percent from Manns office. Everyone blames the staff. The staff is only as good as the Boss...

Wont give you your test results.

There has been an issue with my insurance company covering my daughter’s prescription. A staff member at Dr. Mann’s office acted as though she was rooting for the negative outcome the insurance company has been giving me. She was argumentative, lacked listening skills, and most of all lacked compassion for Tom Nohe’s patients! When I called this afternoon, I spoke to Debbie and she was going to follow up with this person I do not care for and I explained to Debbie, please don’t, I do not care for my daughter’s case to be involved with her and I do not wish to talk to her,. Debbie, was positively responsive and put me through to Harriet, who is also very understanding, intelligent, and wants patients to be taken care of. That is the care my family has been getting from Tom the PA and Dr. Mann for a number of years now. Their approach is—how can we help you and make things better. I am highlighting the fantastic staff in Dr. Mann’s office, hoping to brighten their day and express… my gratitude for their care!

Dr. Michael Mann and his staff are masters of Quackery, Insurance fraud and has to be one of the biggest narcotic pushers in Comal County please stay away from this Doctor and his staff. You will be a lot better off for doing so. Dr Mann and his staff is the most unprofessional practice I have ever seen or been to in my 55 years please stay away!!! I would not let him lance a boil or remove a hangnail if my life depended on it. And they never answer the phone ever!!! I guess they are all to lazy and stupid to care enough to do so. There should be a minus 5 stars to rate this Doctor. I don't understand how he has been able to keep his door open this long.

HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! THEIR STAFF AND DOCTOR MANN ARE ALL UNPROFESSIONAL STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

Tom Nohe, P.A., is amazing. He listens & cares. The staff however is the worst. NEVER answers phone, wait iver a week to even get an appt scheduled. Even prividers have expreseed problems. Front desk reception is rude as can be & acts like you are wasting her time.

If I was Dr. Mann and there were more than one review below good on my practice I think I would correct the problem! Unfortunately the negative experiences I read here are exactly the impression I have after two visits.

overall time spent listening to me and trying to diagnose my health issues was Dr. Mann's main objective...his bedside manor and friendliness was a great plus. So glad to have such a good doctor.
