My appointment with Dr. Marchetti went extremely well. I need to go back and see him for follow up.

Great Doctor spends time explaining, gives you a chance to ask questions. Highly recommend him.

Dr Marchetti is a life saver. I just love South Shore orthopedics all of them are great They have helped me and my family so many times through the years I wouldn't go anywhere else I love Dr Marchetti

He was very nice, great personality, didn't wait really at all, went from waiting room to x-ray and then to the exam room and he was there within 5 minutes, would recommend this Dr.

I met with the doctor May 21st, made my co-pay and received email May 24th directing me to AthenaHealth, once into the patient portal, it forced a 15 to 72 character password that had so many restrictions of characters to use, the time was wasted, because although I had given a landline to call, it was listed as a text number which is not landline capable and I was refused the doctor notes online that I was trying to receive. I called the office spoke to Kim who after becoming as irritated as me, said she wasn't IT and I should contact HealthMark because even if I came back to the office which is near my home, they couldn't give me the records, I called HealthMark and spoke to a woman clearly at home with loud children away from the phone who after repeated attempts to hear her, informed me that she was in Texas and I would need to send Healthmark a written request form for records from my visit to Dr. Marchetti last Thursday and it would be only after review that the records would be… mailed to me, I tried again to clear the profile from Athenahealth to try again in the patient portal, still unsuccessfully, then found a phone number for AthenaHealth and spoke to Diane in the Corporate office who said they would not help a patient they only support the doctors and that I should get the doctor to contact her on my behalf, numerous attempts to reach a human being were intercepted by Oscar the AI shield to any support a patient might seek from the South Shore Orthepedic practice. Then by some miracle and literally hours of being put on hold, I was able to leave a message for Tracy who works with the doctor and she phoned me back and is sending my records to me in the mail today. I hesitate to write any further on this saga as I am not convinced I will receive anything after the adventure I have been on since my visit to Dr. Marchetti, but hope springs eternal, and as I have no knowledge of what the follow up notes contain, I am not in a position to write a review, and I would be hard pressed to recommend anyone go through this ordeal, patients suffer enough, it was pain that brought me to his office in the first place, and that has only been increased.

I have been a patient of Dr Marchetti‘s for many years. He’s always pleasant understanding, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. I had an urgent need this week to see him because of one of my knees. A girl named Sharon MacDonald in the Abington office was able to finally schedule me an appointment for today to be honest that AI and that checking in on the on the Little iPads is for the birds, but I love Dr Marchetti and forever. Grateful to Sharon.

Dr. Marchetti has replaced my left knee and now my right hip. Both operations were very successful, I am walking (and sleeping!) without pain.

Dr Marchetti is, first and foremost, an incredibly talented surgeon! An artist. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I met him. On top of that he has a great “bedside manner”. Lynn Stymes, who also works there, calmed my nerves and was a total professional.

My visit with Dr Marchetti for my knee was excellent. Very personable guy. Gave me an honest diagnosis. Not in a hurry. Treated the issue and also gave me his opinion on my shoulder issues. One stop shopping.

Great visit today with Doctor Marchetti. He listened to all my complaints and gave me solutions. Very attentive and thorough physician. Highly recommend!
