Dr. Michael Charles Margulies, MD

MY WIFE VISITED THIS DOCTOR WITH MY TEENAGER FOR A VERY SIMPLE PROCEDURE. THE DOCTOR SUGGESTED A FOLLOW UP VISIT, NOT UNUSUAL. HOWEVER TO MY SURPRISE, 3 MONTHS LATER, I WHO NEVER STEPPED IN THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE, BEGAN RECEIVING A BILL OF $100.00 FOR MISSING A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT, WHICH I NEVER MADE. HE HAS NOW CONSEQUENTLY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS! BEWARE!!!

Terrible experience with Dr and staff. Would never recommend to someone I love whom is experiencing bad health

I was Dr. Marguiles patient for about a year maybe two. I really liked him, he was friendly and knowledgeable but the reason I decided to stop going to his office was so that I didn't have to deal with his irritable staff. I felt like any question I asked upset them. Not once did I get a "hello, good morning, how are you, have a nice day, etc" it's like they couldn't even crack a smile.. Wow! Sorry Dr, i like you but don't need the negativity from the staff.

Mr. Margulies is a very nice doctor but his staff is HORRIBLE! They are the crankiest set of women that I have had to deal with. To the point that I will not longer visit his office. Maria, the receptionist, doesn't crack a smile. She acts like she is doing you a favor by taking your appointment or processing your payment. The esthetician is cynical. I spend to much money on healthcare to deal with unhelpful staff. Unfortunately, you have to get through these mean women to get to a nice down to earth doctor

Staff needs to be educated in time management. There is no reason why they should have me or anyone waiting on the phone for 20 min to make an apt. P

I have never thought so badly of any professional no less a doctor than Dr. Margulies. The man should promptly have his license taken away or retire. He is rude, demeaning towards his office staff and woman in general and has no idea how to treat patients both medically and personally. Like others have said his solution to every problem is some expensive cosmetic procedure that my new dermatologist told me in confidence was completely not recommended for the symptoms I had. Dr. M convinced me to put $1,200 on my credit card and after three weeks of having much worse symptoms then told me that he cannot figure out what is going on and some times we "have to live" with impefections telling me that I am older and we do not look like we are "thrity any more" I requested my money back and he said I had to leave his office or will call security. He is a disgusting old nasty man. Stay away!

Dr. Margulies is my, my husband, and my mother-in-law's dermatologist. He's very considerate. My mother-in-law has lesions to be removed almost monthly, and his empathy helps her to bear the discomfort and stress. He cares about the financial impact of our various conditions when he prescribes. My husband has had a melanoma in the past as well as other skin cancers and psoriasis, and feels Dr. Margulies is thorough in monitoring his problems. My problems are small, and yet Dr. Margulies has taken the time to discuss them with me, and when the staff was asked to contact my former doctor for records, they assured me they would be able to get those records (no other has succeeded in getting that cooperation from former doctors), and they did!

He scared me and burned me. I am so depressed and upset. I never felt so uncomfortable with a doctor ever.

They office staff was very rude The Dr was unprofessional and left me feeling very uncomfortable. I would not send my worst enemy to this guy.
