Dr M’s support staff is excellent at triage and has everything the doctor needs to know by the time he sees you. He’s focused on your issue from the get go. And before you know it, you’ve come to an informed choice of which option to take. You leave knowing you’ve had a productive meeting. He’s a keeper!

I look for two things in a medical professional - expertise and knowledge in their particular discipline and also concern and compassion for the patient. Dr Michael has an abundance of both. He had to communicate a difficult diagnosis and did so with grace and empathy. He also provided a range of possible treatment options and ordered an MRI stat. Highly recommend.
