The office always has voice mail on. It is very difficult to speak to a person.

The very thought of problems with one's naughty bits can be devastating. The staff at Dr. McDonalds office is unbelievably compassionate. I have been a patient for over 8 years and would recommend this Doctor without reservation. Don't put things off, better to address issues as they occur than to hope they go away.

Dr Mcdonald and his staff are so caring and considered, that visiting them is so relaxing that you forget why you are there. The medical service is just unbelievable and effective . They let tell them whatever you need to. If you a urologist this is place to. Come.Tony Paola a long time patient.

I cannot say enough praise about Celebration Hospital AND Dr McDonald!! Kind, compassionate, understanding and fabulous! He eased our anxiety over a very stressful situation, went the extra mile and we received excellent care! Every doctor, and all the staff treated us like we were so important and valuable ..If you have to be sick, Celebration with their amazing and wonderful team is the place to be!! God bless them all!

I have been a patient for the past five years, and I highly recommend this physician for his professionalism, accurate diagnosis and very compassionate care. If you are facing a serious urologic/kidney illness, this is the physician's office to go to. Not only is Dr. McDonald the best, but his office staff is friendly, courteous and top notch.

I was looking for a god doctor to help me with my problem in my bladder, they perform many tests that cost me a lot of money and did not get any god results, I splaying to the doctor the discomfort that I was experiencing and sounds like he did not listen to me, all they did was give me some medication that did not work and they never call me to see how I was doing if it work or not. They wore more worried about me paying then getting me better. I will not recommend this doctor for any one
