Always ready to listen, and takes the time with you. He really cares about the patient, and doesn’t look at his watch while you are talking. I would and have recommended to him to others.....

Some Staff and Doctors must realize there are not better than everyone else. I was shocked to hear that Mc Graw was done for the day when I turned up 10 minutes later, due to a traffic accident. The woman behind the counter treated me like I was riff raff and treated me like a misbehaving child in catholic school. Disgusting considering I too have a doctorate.

Beware! Doctor Michael McGraw is dangerous. He has hooked two of my children on speed. He "diagnoses" them in one hour with ADD and then the pills are prescribed. He did this to my 19 year old daughter and now my 22 year old son. Stay away from him.

Dr. McGraw is extremely friendly and caring. He really takes the time to understand how I'm feeling and answer ALL of my questions. If he is unable to diagnose me or thinks I should get a second opinion, he will direct me to a specialist who can help. I highly recommend him!

I've been seeing Dr McGraw for over 6 years. He's always been so caring and understanding, but I don't feel like he always addresses the issues I bring to him. Partly because of his staff, he seems to concentrate on just one symptom or problem I want to discuss... I dislike his staff, except one or two nurses. The answering service during off hours is rude; the receptionists during office hours are rude, disinterested and uninformed; many of the nurses are quite possibly nursing school drop-outs. I think Dr McGraw is just too nice to demand more of his staff, which will ultimately come back to haunt him, as he'll be losing patients more frequently. His staff has also made several mistakes that have been inconvenient for me... however, eventually, they are bound to make a mistake with more costly consequences!!

I found Dr. McGraw to be one of the most caring physicians I have ever gone to. He takes time to listen to my medical problems and evaluates them. He is very concerned about the health of his patients. I am a diabetic and he has answered all of my questions. I have gone to him over five years.

Dr McGraw was my physician for 2-3 years but I have changed, partly due to his office staff, one in particular who was just unpleasant at best to nasty. Don't know if she is there still. Most of the staff was at least polite to friendly and helpful.I had many questions as a newly diagnosed diabetic which he did not answer but he did send me to others of whom I asked the questions and they said "good question, you need to ask your doctor that" uh, he sent me here to ask you.If you need answers not the best place to find them. Seems like a nice and likable guy but...

I've been going to Dr. McGraw for over 10 years and he is the most helpful and caring doctor I've ever been to. He will go out of his way to help you and make you feel comfortable. He's 10 stars in my book.

Dr McGraw is a very caring person who really seems to care about the patient. He will spend 5 minutes with you or 55 depending on what your concerns are. A true professional.
