Dr.McKenna was our family doctor for 4 years. For 3 of those years he ignored and denied concerns related to one of our children rather than making us a referral to speak with a specialist. We found a specialist on our own to address our concerns & found out we were 100% right to be concerned and our son in fact has a disorder related to these concerns. If I had not gone above Dr.McKenna and looked out for my son on my own, he never would have gotten the help he needed.

Dr McKenna is a very basic bandaid doctor who does not have the capabilities to diagnose anything beyond the top five major medical illnesses in the US. He enjoys referring anything other than those five ailments out to other doctors. He prefers to ask you to take over the counter medications rather than prescribing medications. I had the flu for over 14 days and he and his nurse insisted that I stay home from work, rest and take over the counter medicaitons. I was treated else where with antibiotic and recovered within two days. I do not recommend this doctor for primary care or internal medicine practices.

Dr. McKenna was the first and so far the only male doctor that I felt comfortable seeing. Dr. McKenna was always professional, and showed compassion when going to him, and he actually listened. He also showed me different medical procedures, for I was in school for medical billing and coding. He is a fantastic physician, and I would totally recommend Dr. McKenna to anyone who is uneasy about going to see a doctor!!!

Dr. McKenna is an excellent Doctor. He listens and makes sure that you receive the best care and makes sure it is done right away. If you call his office and leave a message for him his staff gets back to you right away. He is a caring and is truly concerned about your health.

I recently relocated and had to leave the area that Dr. McKenna services and it was difficult to do. It's rare to find a doctor whom you trust and who is friendly, professional, and caring. I recommend him highly!
