From the front desk to X-rays to techs and the Great Dr himself nothing but positive words. I broke my lower leg both bone and needed surgery. Not only did he look at my X-rays on his day off he was kind enough to call and explain everything to me and get me in ASAP to observe for himself. If I called the office he immediately responded. I could not be happier and more confident with him and his team.

Did not seem caring about why my foot was not letting me touch it to the ground or a boot or anything after it was time to do so. Ankle was bruised cut scraped swollen from not wrapping and padding during surgery.Staples out in 5 days caused open wound .Needed Wound Care Clinic for weeks.Finally just sent me to a regular foot Dr. which I did not go instead to another surgeon specializing in the feet. Immediately did Cat Scan bone was not fused vitamin D level checked a 20 too low to have had surgery.Now 8 months later I’m still not able to walk on it and ready for a more exstinsive surgery requiring bone grafts to clean up the scar tissue. Have to start all over with a worst surgery to clean it up and money has been bankrupting me because of it all..Has never called me to see me after he told me just go back to see your foot Dr. has no idea what I’ve been through time pain money I’m devastated over it.Made me feel like a hypochondriac when my bone was not even fused together no wonder… I couldn’t touch it! Should have done a CatScan to see what the problem was that simple.

He took his time and listened to my concerns. He gave me his thoughts on how we could avoid surgery and so far so good.

I would choose this doctor again he did not rush me into surgery he waited to see if this problem with my toe could be healed with other means first. Excellent care, excellent diagnosis, excellent bedside manner!

We got off to a rocky start because I missed 1st appt....was not notified by my physician, nor did I receive packet in mail or phone reminder of appt. Once this was cleared up, I found Dr. McQuillen to be straight forward, caring, patient, honest & not willing to jump into surgery, but to give me the opportunity to follow his instructions to see if surgery could be avoided....followed his instructions completely & wore a boot for 7 months & was available to avoid surgery. Still doing well nearly 4 years later...can't thank him enough!!!!

I spent three hours waiting in an incredibly busy office for my initial appointment. I spent less than two minutes with this so-called doctor, who spoke over me as if treating a petulant child rather than a peer, refused to listen to my complaint, ordered an MRI, and scheduled a follow-up for 6 weeks later. Meanwhile, I cannot walk and was given no suggestions for mobility aids. I called for the test results only to be told the doctor was on a two week vacation, to return on the date of my follow-up, and no one else could help. Since he is not a radiologist his input, or lack thereof, is not required for the receipt of my results. During my appointment chaos among the staff required moving me to 4 different rooms. The Xray and MRI technicians were, however, most pleasant, helpful, and efficient.

I HAD FOOT SURGERY BY DR. MCQUILLEN AND HE WAS EXCELLENT. HE EXPLAINED THE SURGERY TO ME. HE WAS VERY GENTLE. AND HE LISTENED TO ME WHEN I WAS EXPLAINING MY PROBLEM. I HAD A PROBLEM ONE TIME AND HE RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM . HE IS A VERY SINCERE PERSON. HIS STAFF WAS ALSO EASY TO WORK WITH.

Dr. McQuillen is the most compassionate, caring, listening, a family man and the most humble doctor I think I have ever met. I generally wait 15 min or so to go back, occasionally it has been longer, that is only because he is such a great doctor and spends time with each patient. The staff is always cheerful and courteous. I have had him treat my feet and knee, been thru 4 different surgeries, and have complete trust in him. My first surgery I was a bit nervous but he explained the procedure completely and put my mind at ease. I have complete trust in him and know I can trust what he says!

I wish all doctors were as caring and capable as Mike Mcquillen, MD. He kept me from losing my foot to amputation. He was willing to go the extra mile in helping me.

I always need to wait, but that's not a bad thing. He spends as much time with each patient as needed. I don't mind waiting because he I know he will give me as much time as needed. He is great, he explains everything to me in terms I can really understand. I'm glad he was recommended to me.
