My visit was a good experience. The physician and staff were courteous and professional. I felt like I was being well taken care of.

Doctor was thorough, answered questions and made me feel comfortable. However, when I arrived, the receptionist was on speaker phone and refused to even acknowledge my presence for at least 10 minutes. Another patient, seeing that I was slightly agitated, asked if I had signed in. I said, “She hasn’t even looked up at me.” She retorted, “I’m on the phone” before she finally put the caller on hold. Things went smoothly after that.
