Dr. Michael Charles Mobley, MD

I am a workers comp patient. It took me 4 1/2 months before I could get into his office for help. In the meantime, I used my personal insurance to get treatment. I was dismissed because I was accused of" double dipping' for antidepressants.

He and LouAnn are very compassionate and care about their patients. The staff is very friendly. They all make you feel comfortable and are very easy to talk too. I was having major issues with Depression, Panic and Anxiety when I started with them. They have really helped me and have been there for me 100% . Highly recommend them.

I was a patient with Doctor Mobley and felt that he did not concentrate on my problems/issues during our sessions. I feel that this doctor did not care about my treatment nor did he care if I got better and improved my overall situation in life. I asked the doctor to help me to apply for housing and income assistance and I really feel that the doctor did not care about my financial distress or the immense stress I am under living in my current situation. I also felt that my medications were not helping and we never really discussed what really bothers me and frustrates me in our 20 minute sessions. I feel that psychiatric treatment is too expensive for those with no health insurance. Lastly, I felt that Doctor Mobley angered me on a number of occasions by interrupting me and also by using insulting and offensive words to refer to my behavior. I feel that if someone is going to interrupt me and make my sessions all about what he has to say instead of treating and helping the… patient…I have every right to be angry back in his sessions.

Only negative was the etremely long wait time. Regardless of the time of my mothers appointment, she'd wait at least an hour (sometimes longer) before seeing the doctor.

You left out one criterion - compassion and total dedication to patients' health and wellbeing - AAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++
