Don’t even know where to begin about my utter displeasure and annoyance and waste of time of getting involved with this doctor or some of his staff. After SEVERAL attempts from my primary eye doctor they finally confirmed that they had received my medical records and made the appointment.. sad that this whole process alone took a whole MONTH and almost gave up tryin to get in to see this guy right there.. they then wait for 2 and a half months and the very morning of my appointment to suddenly call and say that they somehow don’t have it now with absolutely no apology or explanation. Dr. Morgan then was just so very rude and inconsiderate, he actually had the audacity after all of that to give ME an attitude why he didn’t have some of my medical records, took all of me to keep my mouth shut. He’d cut me off when explaining my problems that he just asked me about and once he made some sort of conclusion he didn’t want to hear anything else that I had to say. I just told his student that… I have a neck problem and can’t fully bend my head back too far when he went to put drops in, his student seemed nice and to understand but when Dr. Morgan went to do it he literally barked at me to put my head back like I was a dog, was NOT happy about that at all.. I then went to try and go over and review what all he had told me about my condition and what to do and he gave me another attitude with a sarcastic voice saying ‘I already told you.’ Just absolutely no care or compassion with this doctor, was honestly a total jerk and one of the worse doctors that I’ve ever seen in my life and didn’t say anything that I didn’t already know. When I even asked him if there was anything else I could do to help with my issue he just flatly said ‘NOPE.’ He even got a phone call during my exam with him, which is fine.. until he kept sitting there talking for like seriously 10-15 minutes like he had all day! I seriously started fuming and totally felt like he forgot that I was even there, I seriously felt like just getting up and walking out of the room and leaving. Like what doctor talks or acts like this????I felt so uncomfortable with this guy sitting there and was not easy to talk to him at all even when I did have his full attention. I didn’t say much to him at all when I went to leave and I think he knew I wasn’t very happy either. Their office NEVER said anything about him dilating my eyes and gave me cheap flimsy so called sunglasses that tore like 10 minutes after trying to put them on, my dad had to suddenly go buy me some sunglasses then because of this??And as if all of this wasn’t bad enough my eyes actually ended up feeling 10 times WORSE after I saw him and what all he made me do or put into my eyes in the time that I saw him!! ??It ended up taking about 2 weeks for it to even calm back down or to be able to wear any contacts at all!??The whole thing with this was just SO ridiculous and upsetting, even took off a whole day of work for this cuz I don’t live very close so ended up feeling like such a waste of time and taking off work, just know I was NOT happy or pleased with this whole experience AT ALL!
