Horrible service. They did not tell me my prescription for my contacts were about to expire. So when they actually did expire, they told me I was required to have an appointment to renew, I called the next day to renew and they told me that I pretty much was "SOL" for FOUR MONTHS with no contacts. They couldn't extend my prescription for the 4 month gap either. Can't wait to uber to work for the next 4 months thanks to the UH Eye Institute!
