Ahmed Ahmed, MD

Dr. Ahmed Ahmed is an ophthalmologist who completed his medical degree at Assiut University Faculty of Medicine. With 24 years of experience in eye care, he has pursued advanced fellowship training at two prestigious institutions. Dr. Ahmed completed his first fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center UPMC in 2023, followed by additional fellowship training at the University of Virginia Medical Center in 2024. He is fluent in Spanish, Arabic, and English.

Dr. Ahmed practices at multiple locations throughout Ohio, including Cleveland, Euclid, Mentor, Mayfield Heights, Parma, Westlake, South Euclid, and Cuyahoga Falls. His clinical expertise focuses on treating glaucoma and cataracts, two of the most common eye conditions affecting vision. He performs comprehensive vision tests, visual field testing to assess peripheral vision, and tonometry to measure eye pressure for glaucoma detection and monitoring.
