Dr. Michael Chay Moua, MD

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Staff and Moua are lazy. I've been given a wait time of three hours and they have said that it's not guaranteed I will be seen. I've turned in time sensitive documents to be signed and they said it'd take up to 3-6 months to be done, but that it was still not guaranteed. Moua is extremely lazy and always seems like he is too tired to even want to talk to us. I've requested to speak with him and staff said Moua does not talk to patients and that's just how it is. This place is filled with lazy and incompetent staff. AVOID using Moua as your PCP!!

Dr. Moua is patient, very thorough, and detailed. He takes his time and he's very understanding. However, scheduling an appointment to see him may take longer than expected since his office is very busy.

He was so rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional on the way he treated us.. Dr. Pls consider to have human kindness in your heart in dealing with your patients.

In 6 months I saw Dr. Moua only 1 time. The office PA was very abrupt and rude. The office staff had no follow through on making sure I received my medications. I believe the Asian patients received better treatment from the front office staff and the physician assistant.
