I'm sorry to have to inform the community of doctor novato's passing.

He takes time for his patients and has such knowledge pouring from him that he likes to spread.

If I were you I'd keep my family and friends as far away from this man as possible. I know of at least TWENTY LIVES THAT HAVE BEEN DESTROYED BECAUSE OF THIS MAN. STAY AWAY!!!! PLEASE

Dr. Navato is a nice man, however he is a licensed drug dealer. I went to him to get off of Tramadol and now I am addicted to Suboxone and Xanax. It costs you $100.00 just to walk in the door just to be prescribed highly addictive medications that have taken me away from my family and kept me from living a truly fulfilling and meaningful life. Please find a doctor that wants to help you and not just make money off of you by keeping you on addictive drugs.

My former doctor referred me to this doctor. We kept calling but there was no answer. Finally his secretary answers in a rude voice. I have autism so my dad helped me. The first things she asks is my age which my dad and I both thought strange. Then she asked my insurance. After we told her Medicaid, she rudely responds "We don't accept Medicaid." We didn't go further. His site says plainly that they accept Medicaid. Also the man never answered.

Well, Dr. Navato is the worst doctor I have ever seen. It's a long story, but I had to see him for seven straight months, and had no other choice. He made me be on a med called Abilify, which I've read nothing good about, probably for $$ reasons. I never wanted to be on it. But had no choice. I honestly felt, like I was on speed the whole time I was on the med. It was the most horrible feeling I've ever had. I became 110% manic, and 110% depressed all the time while I was on this drug. I've never done speed, but from what I read I felt like I was on speed the whole time I was on this medication. The wait is usually an hour long for him for whatever reason, and I think that doctors should be able to work with their patients better to make informed decisions.

Dr Navato is awesome but his secretary sucks she doesn't do her job and is a sad excuse of a secretary FIRE HER

Superficial individual, no opportunity given to talk of my psychiatric needs.

The only reason they are getting a one star review is because I CAN NOT go any lower.First off the wait time is horrible due to over booking.The worst part of this whole mess is the staff.The staff does not work with you at all and is very nasty people with very poor attitudes.The sad part about this is they do not understand people come to there office for care and get the worst possible.I would not even send an animal to this place because if they treat humans like this God knows what they would treat a animal like.Quite sad honestly and if you want to try them.I feel sorry for you.What do you expect though from a family owned business.

Dr. Navato is a decent doctor, but his office staff are the worst! One time I called and left a tearful message about a recent change in medication and he never even returned my call! Another time, I needed a refill and the receptionist told me that if they called it in for me outside my regular appointment time it would cost me $20. What's up with that??
