Dr. Michael John Neely

Dr. Neely is helpful and explores a wide range of possible diagnoses. Dealing with his staff is a nightmare. I tried to make an appointment. They said they had to order my meds and would call me back. After a month, no call. I called, and they said the meds have been here for weeks. Next appointment was OK. The appointment after that, I showed up after emailing them in advance. They said I had to be rescheduled. They claimed they had called me, but in fact they did not. On another appointment, I was prescribed physical therapy. For the PT appointment, they kept me waiting 45 minutes. Then the PT therapist, said, "I have only 10 minutes. I'll show you the exercises. Then I have to go to class." No one is minding the business here.

Dr. Neely is very kind, thorough, asks great questions, follows through, and listens carefully! He is a wonderful doctor!

Dr. Neely needs more stars! My husband is a very difficult patient. Dr. Neely absolutely charmed him. He is cooperating with the doctor instead of fighting him as he does most drs. The staff are all warm friendly caring and efficient. Offices are exceptionally clean and airy. Wait time is non-existent.

Dr Neely is the type of physician that explains the diagnosis in layman's terms, explains the treatment process and gives a realistic recovery expectation and time line.

I've been having ankle trouble and was not sure what the problem was. Within a few minutes, Dr. Neely diagnosed me with achilles tendonitis. That's a relief as they are currently treating me and I expect a quick recovery.

Dr. Neely is a very caring professional, and will spend as much time with you as is needed to help you. The offices are very well set up, and the staff could not be more professional or pleasant.

I have seen Dr. Neely sevral times since he started his practice for sports-related injuries and once for a back problem. He is the best. He is thorough and extremely knowledgeable.

When I came to Dr. Neely, I thought it would be like any other doctors appt that ive had. You go, sign in, wait for an extremely long time, the doc sees you for 5 mins and send syou on your way. Def not the case here. Dr. Neely saw me 10 mins after I arrived, he then took his time and thoroughly informed me of whats taking place with my body and what I could do as far as treatments were concerned to correct it. He had the best bed side manner and I couldnt have dreamed that my experience would have been any better. I recommend Dr. Neely because he is the best at what he does and it feels more like family then a strangers home.

Dr. Neely was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule to see me before I am to run the NY marathon. I was having pain in my IT band and he talked me through exactly what was going on with my body and what to do for the quickest recovery. He's patient, kind, and above all, smart. I'm now a physical therapy patient at his clinic, NY Sportsmed, and have never felt better or more prepared to run the race.
