He proceeded to tell me that I had a lot of problems. Because I showed him many spots of concern. He does not listen. Very Condescending . He did freeze 2 things on my face. He did not tell me what the the coldness of that Nitrogen he sprayed it right above my eye I jumped because it was loud and Cold he told me not to move. But he didn't explain what he was going to do. I would not recommend him he's not a very nice guy.

Female hair loss is traumatic emotionally. I came to see Dr. Nelson for help. I left in tears and cried all the way home. From the moment he walked into the waiting room, I felt unsafe with my feelings and concerns. It was difficult to allow anyone to see the sores and bald spots on my scalp. He was condescending, rude and made me feel like it was all in my mind. I have been diagnosed with Alopecia and plaque psoriasis in my scalp by two other doctors and he told me I didn’t have either. He told me my hair would never grow back and most of it was my own doing. I will never set foot in that clinic again and never go back to him. He made me feel awful about myself. He should not be practicing medicine if he can’t make his patients feel comfortable and safe.

I've been a medical professional for over 35 years and I was shock and appalled by this provider's rudeness and condescending tone. We will never return.
