Dr. Michael Kanming Ng, MD

I brought my child to see Dr. Ng when he was sick. Dr. Ng paid close attention to everything we said, carefully examined my son, and prescribed a medicine that helped him feel better right away. He is awesome!

Dr. Ng is the worst Dr I have ever had for my daughter. He did not check into her chart, in which he would have seen the extremely fragil state she is in because of a medication that is very delicate. He didn't examine her and when I asked him questions, he became rude and condescending. He talked to me like I have no idea what I am doing as a parent and did not listen to me at all. After researching him just now, there is a trend with him bouncing around to different clinics. There is a reason why, because he shouldn't be practing medicine!! Never see this Dr!!

He kept us waiting in an exam room for 55 minutes before seeing us. Then he was very offended that I provided some objective information to him regarding my son's illness. I have a clinical doctorate degree in Audiology and my son has an ear infection which was previously diagnosed by one of Dr. Ng's colleagues. I simply had my son come into my office so I could get some objective data about the status of his ear infection. I was in no way diagnosing an ear infection or demanding any treatment. He became very angry when I told him the status of the ear infection, basically that my son has flat tympanograms. He was very demeaning after that to prove that he was the doctor and I was just an ignorant parent. Would not see this doctor again.
