found Dr. O’Toole to be extremely attentive, knowledgable and caring. He articulated my treatment plan and the pro’s and possible complications. I had a sensitivity to the medication and thankfully he was on call and suggested a new prescription to diminish the side affects. Dr. O’Toole went above and beyond by listening to my financial difficulties of the medical treatment and options in covering the expense. His bedside manners are top notch. My only complaint is in the difficulties with Kaiser to have continued communication with the same Dr. Thank you Dr. O’Toole from the bottom of my heart for your care and treatment. Greatly appreciated!

Dr. O'Toole was honest and no-nonsense. He cared when others had been less than attentive. He labored long and hard to remove a growth which could have caused the loss of a limb. He made me feel that he not only enjoyed my company but that he liked my sense of humor! Very important when one is dealing with a life-threatening situation. Competent and concerned - I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone in need of surgery.
