Staff and Dr Pankratz are great. I can now see 20-15 in both eyes after cataract surgery. Little to no pain at all the entire time. Actually the eye drops hurt more than anything and those don’t hurt that much. Wish I would have font this years ago.

The staff is wonderful and very thorough. Dr. Pankratz is very likable and very professional. I look forward to my cataract surgery with him.

Love Dr Pankratz. He has kept my Husbands glaucoma under control for years. And doesn't mind answering and explaining our questions. His assistant is amazing as well. I highly recommend Dr Pankratz.He is the Best

Does not seemed rushed with me as a patient. Was great to explain eye issue. Obviously a respected provider - his lobby is typically full, but his staff is pleasant, professional, and moves patients in and out of triage and to the doctor's exam room efficiently.

Dr Pankratz is a very efficient and conscientious doctor. I had experienced double vision for over a month. Thanks to Dr Pankratz I now have 20/20 vision and my double vision is almost completely gone. I would highly recommend Dr Pankratz to anyone considering cataract surgery.

Dr Pankratz was very kind and took time to answer my questions. However, the issue was this: I wish I was told when I signed up for the free exam for cataracts, someone would have been more clear about what Dr Pankratz was going to do. I had been to my eye doctor recently and she said I had cataracts. I expected this exam would give me more information. Instead, Dr Pankratz said yes I had moderate cataracts and if I wanted to know more, I would have to schedule another appointment to dialate my eyes. - If I'd known that, I could have saved Dr. Pankratz and myself time. I will schedule another appointment to have that done.
