I absolutely love Dr. Pappas! He has replaced both of my shoulders and is also replacing my knee as soon as possible. He's kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. I firmly believe that God placed Dr. Pappas in my life and I will be forever grateful for the excellent work he did for me!

He was rude and cruel. I was having a panic attack because of my cast. I found out I have cast claustrophobia. I was wondering if the ER could take my cast off and put something else on that was less confining. My anxiety was through the roof and he stated " why are you calling me at midnight, this is not an emergency". I am an RN and it felt like an emergency to me. I never want to meet this pathetic person, I spent one of the worse nights of my life because he couldn't give me any options.

THIS DOCTOR GAVE ME FALSE INFORMATION ON MY HANDS AND ARMS ,WHILE LYING AND STICKING UP FOR A FEW OTHER DOCTORS THAT HAVE LIED ABOUT MY DIAGNOSISES ,AND THIS WILL COME TO A END AND I WILL BE PRESSING ON THIS NO ONE HUMAN BEING DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS ,AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THE DOCTORS THAT HAVE LIED OR LIED FOR THE OTHER DOCTORS I HAD SEEN I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES ,AND GETTING PAID FOR FALSE INFORMATION ADDMITTED TO INSURANCE COMPAINIES IS A SERIOUS CRIME ,I DIDNT DESERVE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY ,ALL I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS HELP SO I COULD KEEP WORKING I HAD TO LOSE MY JOB OVER ALL THERE LIES AND ITS PRETTY BAD WHEN DOCTORS LIE FOR OTHERS I AM NOT STOPPING UNTIL ALL THIS IS HANDLED PROPERLY

Dr Pappas has replaced two knees for me and both operations went well. He is quite personable too.

I was riding 4 wheelers in Mena, AR when I flipped mine and broke my right leg. The community hospital had to transfer me via ambulance from Mena to Texarkana, Tx. Upon my arrival Dr. Pappas was livid as to why I wasn't care flighted. I had compartment syndrome, too much swelling in the leg. In order to save my leg from amputation, he split the leg wide open on both sides for a couple of days to let it drain. I shattered the tuba plateau and broke the fibula. If it wasn't for Dr. Pappas I would've had to most likely had my lower leg amputated. He is a angel in disguise! I would travel to Arizona to have him treat me again!

I had both knees replaced with a revision to left knee. He is truly missed. i had so much faith in him n now that he is gone i yet to see another ortho dr. If i was financially able i would fly to Arizona. see. to see him. I've found no other that measures up to Dr. M. Pappas.

Dr. Pappas is a wonderful physician and surgeon! He takes the time to hear your concerns and leaves you feeling confident about the course of your treatment. I feel very comfortable recommending him to others!

You won't find another orthopedic surgeon like him. He is one of a kind. He has a care for his patients unlike any other!

Dr. Michael Pappas is an excellent physician. I had to have both of my hips replaced to due a birth defect. He accurately diagnosed my problem after an incorrect diagnosis from another doctor. His deameanor and professionalism gave me every confidence in his abiltiy to perform the surgeries. I have recommended him to several people.
