Dr. Michael George Parker, MD

It has been several years since Dr. Parker did my daughter's breast reduction. She ended up with horrible scars that cannot be corrected, different size breasts way too small for her built, and all together an extremely bad outcome. Dr. Parker was not receptive to her concerns and just brushed her off when we asked him why he decided to take it down so much and why there was one size difference between her breasts. He just said: "Your breasts were not even to beging with". He could not even understand why she was upset! "Did your boyfriend not like it, is it why you are upset?" he asked. We have never met such an unprofessional doctor. He should be ashamed of himself. But he is still practicing! Since then my daughter went to two other doctors, and they both said that scars Dr. Parker left on her chest are too long and uneven to correct. There are many other plastic surgens in the area, so do yourself a favor, don't even think of allowing Dr. Parker to come near you with… sharp objects. You will save yourself a lot of grief.

Met with Dr Parker to complete a breast reduction. I was promised a smaller size but came out nearly the same size and one cup difference from one side to the other. I waited one year for him to do a revision surgery to take them down smaller and to make them even. I was told he could do it in office, under local anesthesia. He reassured me it’s not a major procedure, it’s nearly painless and quick. I promise you it was anything but...it was horrifying, painful, I felt every cut and when I would tell him it could feel it he would very clearly become agitated and numb me up more. I laid there wide awake, in pain, tears rolling down my eyes and just silent. I left there absolutely traumatized. I sat in my car (yes, they told me it was such a minor procedure that I could just drive myself home) and sobbed after coming to the realization of what just happened. I told myself that even if my breast came out lopsided and upside down after this, I would never let that man touch me again. I did… not go back once they did the follow up visit, I did not want to ever see this man again. Now healed, my opposite breast is now larger than the other side which is why I went back to begin with. I’m not happy with the results, still uneven and larger than I was ever promised...I would never recommend Dr. Parker to ever perform a surgery on anyone.

Dr Michael Parker in Akron left me with horrible scars after eyelid surgery. I had lower Blepharoplasty surgery performed by him. The scars were so bad on both eyes that he had to perform several revisional surgeries to both eyes. To this day I need to have Restylane filler injected into the scar on my right eye every 4 months just to fill out the area where he botched the scar by removing too much tissue. I would recommend NOT using this doctor for ANYTHING. If you are dealing with him now, RUN don't walk, as fast as you can from him!

Went through multiple jaw surgeries with him, very good doctor!

I saw Dr Parker a few years ago and he is an excellent doctor who really cares about his patients.

Staff great ,but Dr.Parker has Great bedside manner explaining everything will continue going for needed,wanted services .!!

Highly skilled (my perception) surgeon. Top-notch team for surgery. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this Doctor. He just has a wonderful personality and his bedside manor is just as good. The staff I found to be caring and considerate.If I ever needed anything done, without hesitation this would be the Doctor for me.

Office staff cold. Nurse would not inform me as to what I should do, I felt "lost" and uncomfortable while I was there. She would leave the room and twice I got dressed to leave because I thouhgt I was done but not so.
