Dr. Michael Perrotti, MD

After 2.5 years of robotic prostatectomy and physical therapy still issues with incontinence. Not even 2 weeks after visiting for check-up Dr Perrotti left practice all of a sudden without any professional notification nor even recommendation of substitute. Searches on his name still list locations that no longer are open, even stating taking new patients. Very unprofessional and for ethical values. Learned that he took a position with NY State.

Had robotic prostatectomy with Dr Perrotti who assured me it was all good. After surgery kept telling me Kegel exercises were going very good and would stop leaking in a few months. After 1.5 years still leaking and telling me it was all on my head. Poor surgery technique? All of a sudden received posting announcing he was shutting down practice even though I had seen him for check-up 2 weeks prior. The way he announced his closing shop not very professional nor ethical.

The procedure that Dr. Perrotti performed was a much better experience than I expected. Highly recommended .

Have been going to Dr. Perrotti for over 5 years for yearly check ups. PSA took a 1 pt. jump and got his attention. Many physicians may have dismissed it it but he said quote- “ we just don’t want to miss anything “. After an MRI and biopsy were performed a low grade non- aggressive prostate cancer was discovered. He took the time to completely explain my condition and explained my treatment options of surgery or radiation. I opted for robotic surgery in May of 2019. Surgery was 100% successful and his expertise and experience are beyond reproach. Feeling great. Dr. Perrotti is the text book definition of a great physician. In addition his office staff are there for any questions or concerns.

One could not be in better hands than Dr. Michael Perrotti's and his attentive staff. I am very fortunate to be a patient.

I went to Martin Engelstein which I will not state as Doctor because he in not one for two years and still had pain. Waste of time and money with no results. Went to ER because of the pain. They referred me to DR Perotti. My first visit he found my problem and after minor surgery I was cured and my pain was gone. As a Nurse I know there are a lot of MD's that don't care but I can tell you Dr Perotti cares.

Just recently he caught a low grade, early prostate cancer in me and I have absolute confidence in his ability to resolve this issue for me. Outstanding doctor and person.

I contacted Dr. Perrotti for a consultation for possible prostate issues. On my first visit he was clear and concise in what my options are. I opted for a prostate biopsy and his method of performing it made it painless. His bedside manner is the best. You feel comfortable with him from the first visit.

Dr. Perrotti is an excellent physician. I have been seeing him for 5 years now and highly recommend him to anyone needing to see a urologist. He really cares about his patients and takes time to explain lab result and procedures, discuss options and answer any questions you may have
