I saw him as an emergency patient and was diagnosed with kidney stones, including a large one, which required surgery. He was an excellent and compassionate physician.

I went to a couple of urologists and finally got referred to Dr. Phillips. I wished I had gone to him first, it would have saved a lot of time and spared me a lot of discomfort. He actually seemed interested in my problem, unlike the other urologists, and unlike them he did not just suggest doing lots of tests, he asked lots of questions and listened to the answers and asked follow-up questions, and listened to the answers. I'm now on the path of recovery after months of misery.
