Dr. Michael J Pisano

Dr. Pisano has been my doctor for many years. He is patient and listens to my concerns. Any time i need to speak with him, he called me back very fast. The girls in the office are great and will help me in any way possible.

Dr. Pisano has been my Dr for 20 years in those 20 years never had a problem getting an appointment or waiting no more than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Pisano always returns calls promptly always listens to what I have to say. I would recommend Dr Pisano. Staff very pleasant and helpful

I think Dr. Pisano is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time out to listen; he is extremely curteuous and is good natured. He has been my PCP for well over 5 years. The staff is excellent as well, very down to earth and informative.

My elderly mother has been going to this MD for many years and although we have moved away from the area, my mother insists on going back to be treated by him. I have watched him with her and he is very professional and caring and knows what he is doing medical wise. I have called him with concerns about my mother and he always returns the calls promptly. He has been very helpful and I do understand why my mother is a faithful follower of Dr. Pisano, he is the best.

The staff members for the most part are fine. But be careful of the billing department they like to double dip on you're co pays !! Please make sure you get a receipt that your copay was paid at the time of services.. Keep in mind the ladies that are collecting you're money in the office are not the problem they are just doing the job they were hired to do.. MOST IMPORTANT DR.Pisano is a great doctor for colds, fevers,flu, all easy stuff.. But if you get sick with a long time illness I URGE YOU TO GET RID OF HIM.. He doesn't like anything to complicated because it interferes with his life.. HE THINKS BECAUSE HE HAS 25 YEARS OF BEING A DOCTOR THAT HE IS THE BEST BUT HE'S NOT!! He's very arrogant and god forbid you challenge on something he may be wrong about or disagree he gets all mad and says GOOD LUCK!! Just be ware of MR.PISANO He's very unprofessional!!

I have been seeing Dr. Pisano for about 5 years and could not be happier with a PCP. While it can be difficult to get an appointment during busy times, he is a solo, so I understand. The doctor is always friendly, considerate & very professional. I have never had an issue with the staff and/or follow up. The doctor's bedside manner is perfection -- he is never brusque or condescending. I would recommend this physician.

The staff at Passyunk Medical and the other doctors that work there are nice, but he is horrible. I had a 15 minutes office visit with him and during that time, he wasted 10 minutes talking on his cellphone! Afterwards, he told me that my time was almost up and to leave early and make another appointment. Arrogant and rude are two terms that are associated with this doctor.
