Dr. Michael Francis Pratt, MD

I went in for seasonal allergies. He charged $350 to look up my nose with a scope (10 seconds at the most). I asked for him to check my ears for wax. He confirmed my right ear was blocked but could not clean it because my insurance company only pays for one procedure! I was told I had to come back to have it done and yes another $350!! Not mad at my insurance but at him for double dipping!! As they say in the Navy, Dr Pratt “bon voyage”!

Dr Pratt and his staff are the best. Forms are easy to complete, staff is knowledgeable about insurance and coverage. I never have to wait long for the doctor to come in to see me. I would gladly recommend Dr Pratt's office to every one. I have never experienced a rude staff member like some of the other reviews state. People are always quick to talk bad about places, I want to make sure to give a positive review for people to read.

This office runs like a well oiled machine. The front desk was prepared for my appointment and immediately got the necessary information as I signed in without me having to get up and down multiple times. I was called to the back by the nurse BEFORE my scheduled appointment time. The doctor had reviewed my history and discussed my work up with the nurse before entering the room and was very attentive to me, not a laptop that he carried into the room. He did not have one with him at all. The doctor explained his findings and recommended treatment and then the nurse came in with this information in writing and went over it again with me. My medication was sent to the pharmacy so I didn't have to waste time waiting at the pharmacy and it was easy to schedule my follow up appointment. I AM IMPRESSED!!! I don't know why the other reviews are so bad, maybe because you don't like efficient offices???

The follow-up visit was a joke, all of 30 seconds and the bill was almost $300

Dr Pratt and this office were absolutely horrible!! My daughter has had seven ear infections in the last several months and we were referred by our pediatricians office to an ENT specialist for a consult for tubes. Dr Pratt spent all of 30 seconds looking at my child's ears didn't ask me any medical history or family history and told me that my child didn't have and fluid or problems in her ears nor did he think she needed tubes. Today we had an appt with another ENT that confirmed that my daughter in fact did have fluid in her ears and needs tubes. I would not waste your time or money with this office or the poor miserable people that work there.

I would like to inform everyone of Trina's customer service. I called this morning because my wife's jaw was extremely swollen when she woke up this morning. Trina informed me that the earliest that the doctor could see her was this coming Tuesday, but she said it rudely. I shrugged it off because sometimes people may not mean to come off rude, and I went ahead and made the appointment for next Tuesday. My wife went ahead to the minute clinic this morning, but the doctor told her that she thought that she either had the mumps or that her salivary gland was blocked. I called Trina and told her what was going on, and she interrupted me in the middle of a sentence before I could tell her what I needed and said "my doctor is leaving at 12:00 and won't be back til Tuesday.." in a VERY rude tone. I told her okay, well the reason that I called was to ask you your opinion of what we should do now, but thanks for your concern and customer service and please cancel our appointment for… Tuesday. She said okay, and hung up. I just wanted to inform everyone of how she handles their customers/potential customers.

My first complaint lies with the front desk, a lady who should not be working in customer service-EVER and is certainly not a fan a small children. She was barking orders at me as soon as I entered the office when I said excuse me she yelled her orders. Visiting Dr. Pratt was a complete waste of time and I felt like he didn't even understand why we were there! He quickly wrote us out two prescriptions for our young daughter and was gone as quickly as he appeared. He behaved as if though he could care less of our concerns and quickly waived them off. The only person who was nice and kid friendly was the young man who did the hearing test on our daughter. He is the only professional present in that building and I hope he gets out of there and finds a better working environment. Actually our nurse Cheryl was nice as well, but I still don't feel like we were given the help we were seeking, although I don't think that was her fault.

Dr. Pratt knew my symptoms prior to coming into the room. I love a doctor who can walk into a room without an electronic device and talk to me not a computer screen. My symptoms are now gone thanks to his expert advise. I don't want to spend an hour complaining to the back of a doctors head while he is on the computer. This man know his stuff without an electronic back up. His staff is the best I have seen in YEARS
