My first appointment was compassionate and competent. Dr Rak identified an old injury and debunked my belief that I was unable to get an MRI. His diagnosis (pending the MRI results) had a certainty that was comforting despite minor conflicting indicators.

Wait time not bad. Staff and Doctors great. Happy with results. Just wish all medical facilities would end the useless virtue signaling of masks. Ridiculous!

He was in a rush to send me back to work, I explained to him I’m still having pain, he said “at your age you’ll be fine” if I continue to be in pain, and it gets worse I’m going to file a lawsuit

Quick, Efficient and Wise Advice. Very Pleased. Doctor asked all the pertinent questions to quickly assess my situation. He prescribed the exact X-rays and they were conducted insight without much wait. Afterwards, Doctor spent a good amount of time explaining results and offering treatment options. I love that he recommends supplements and exercise over painkillers. I’ve been to doctors from NYC to CA. Easily one of the best I’ve ever seen. People complain about nonsensical issues… But what matters is the quality of the medical care. And Doctor is thorough, and brilliant at what he does.

Kingston waiting room was quiet and clean, the receptionist was friendly. The rest room was large and clean, it needs hooks added to hold canes, bags and coats. The doctor saw me on time and said I needed a bone scan.Check out was a bit slow as papers needed to be printed ,incoming calls answered , payments processed, and a call made in an attempt to schedule my scan. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Raklewicz
