Dr Renner and his staff are outstanding. They are kind and always willing to listen and take the initiative to fix an issue promptly.

Me and my husband see Doctor Renner and his Nurse Practioner Stacy and they are really great! The office staff is kind and helpful and really went out of their way to get my referral.

Doctor Renner has really helped out my family. He is very smart and kind. Our family also loves his NP Stacey. She is very sweet and helpful.

My experience with Stacy has been very nice and helpful. Same with front office/phone girl but rest of staff is rude, slow and very unhelpful. They lie about their hours which makes dropping in to get refills nearly impossible. Their door is locked so often and the phone line is busy. Beware!!

My experience with the office was not very positive. I have left messages numerous times and calls are not returned. Trying to get prescriptions refilled can be a chore. Twice while trying to get a maintenance prescription refilled they would not fill them as they wanted me to come in which is fine but just communicate that to me. I had to finally stop in and blatantly ask "what's the problem here?". Other Dr.'s have scheduled next visits even when they are a year out. I usually saw Paul and his communication skills are sufficient although he does come across as somewhat condescending. I had one visit with Dr. Renner and I would not have gone back if I had to see him every time. He was extremely condescending and arrogant. He talked down to me when he quit staring at his computer. He went on a rant how I was a candidate for diabetes if I didn't lose some weight. I said "ok, I have some questions about that". He stopped me and said "look, you have to figure out what works for you, I… can't help you with that". I was flabbergasted by his approach. I said to him "Wow that is some kind a bedside manner which is pretty poor". He replied "I have to figure it out", grabbed his computer and walked out. If this office wasn't down the street from where I worked and I knew we would be moving within a short time I would have searched for another primary care physician and office. I have to say my wife was very happy see Stacy. I should have heeded the reviews I read about Dr. Renner.

Please be warned, Dr. Renner has zero bedside manner. He is cold, spends most of your appointment staring at his computer, and does not listen to what you have to say. I have never felt like I was part of a team as far as my health and care are concerned. He is an authoritarian who either dismisses your concerns about his approach, or treats you like a non-compliant patient. His answer to everything is fibermyalgia or depression/anxiety. For example, I had severe leg cramping that turns out to be caused by a pinched nerve in my spine. But Dr. Renner was adamant that it was anxiety and insisted I start a prescription for an anti-anxiety medication. I took them faithfully for 2 weeks with no relief. When I told him this at the follow-up appointment, he accused me of not taking the medication. That is just one example. I could go on and on. His PA is very nice as is his Nurse Practitioner (his wife), but both defer to him. His staff are very nice young ladies who mean well… and try hard, but they don't always know how to handle insurance issues and referrals. This has negatively impacted my ability to get tests and treatments from my specialist.s Also,don't expect to leave a phone message and actually have your problem solved. Why am I still a patient? Because I am having trouble finding a primary care doctor who takes my insurance and is taking new patients. I have been actively looking for a primary care doctor.

From the Office staff, to the Nurses to the Doctors this is a great office. I see the PA-- Paul Dessert and he is a wonderful Doc. I have seen Dr. Renner with my Mom and he was extremely patient with an 86 year old woman. you will love these Doctors.

Horrible bedside manner--I prefer the Physicians' Assistant to him anyday.
