Michael B. Rho

Dr. Michael Rho is an amazing ENT. He is warm, compassionate and incredibly Knowledgeable. My son had a Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy recently by Dr. Rho and the entire procedure went extremely well . I know my 8 year old son is in the best hands with Dr, Rho. We feel incredibly grateful for the care Dr. Rho gave and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Rho was amazing. He treated our son as if he was his own child. His staff is very helpful and customer service driven. They return calls very fast and we never felt rushed in any way.

Horrible doctor—has his NP do everything and he comes in for 3 minutes. He left before I was done asking questions. He told me I’m almost deaf in one ear and acted like this sudden deafness was no big deal. The NP was rude as well. Office was very unfriendly and rude as a whole. He seems to really not care about his patients. I would NOT see him—anyone would be better. He didn’t ask what I did for work and how being suddenly deaf in one ear might impact my life. He was like “You’re deaf, have a nice day.”

I’ve had sinus issues for years and this started to affect my everyday life from sleeping soundly to 5K running. I made an appointment to see Dr. Michael Rho in Stoneham, MA. Throughout my visits Dr. Rho and his staff were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He surgically corrected my deviated septum at Melrose Wakefield Hospital. After care was easy, with very little pain I took Tylenol as needed. A few weeks later I’m breathing so much better. Amazing doctor, fantastic person, knowledgable, efficient, every good quality there is. They don't follow up but I can call anytime and he and the office are extremely helpful

When I first was referred to Mass Eye & Ear in 2008, I was not only met with a very friendly and accommodating front desk staff but an amazing Doctor! Dr Rho has always been very professional and compassionate. He has always been very thorough in my treatments. I have never felt rushed out of an appt nor have I ever waited any prolonged period of time. He has always shown nothing but concern for me and my medical issues. Very easy to talk to and carry on a conversation with. After 8 years of receiving treatment from Dr Rho at MEEI, I don't have a single complaint!!!

Dr. Rho has seen 4 members of my family including myself and performed surgery on two of us. He is a great ENT, knowledgable, compassion, friendly, and seems genuinely concerned with the welfare of his patients. He always thinks to ask about the welfare of his other patients who are in the family and says to send his greetings. I'd recommend him to anyone.

A wonderful doctor. He is very compassionate and has taken great care of my mother. She thinks the world of him. I highly recommend him.
