Dr. Michael Henry Richards, MD

Dr Richards is the best primary doctor I have ever had. He takes time to talk with so you fully understand what is wrong and the treatment options. Highly recommend.

This is the best primary care physician I have ever encountered. Everything about his practice is professional, courteous, timely, and thorough. He spent an hour with me during my first visit and called me after hours to discuss test results and a follow up plan. I have felt informed and in charge of my health care at every turn. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire practice.

I haven't had a primary care doctor or physical in over 6 years and I hit a milestone birthday so I figured it was time to go get established and get a FULL physical. He was not rude in any way with the exception of his "Dr. attitude" that he knew the answer before you finished talking. He wasn't in there more than 10 mins. I had to talk over him to explain issues I was having. DID NOT give me a FULL physical (did not perform 2 procedures that are usually done to MEN especially at my age). Referred me out for a simple blood test that I asked to have (even though they were already doing blood tests). Told me to go online to look at my blood test results (like I have a clue what they are supposed to mean). Told me on the way out to just make a followup appointment in 6 months, "just to check in". VERY disappointed with my appointment and feel as though it was a waste of my time and money as I will be going elsewhere to find another Primary Care Physician that will take their time to… listen to their patients.

Dr Richards is an outstanding physician who does a very thourough exam! He explains his diagnosis and plans clearly, unlike many Drs I have encountered. I highly recommend this Dr!
