“ Doctor “ Rinaldi is a JOKE! We made an appointment 4 months ago for my child to get their tounge tie clipped. I called the day before his appointment to see if there was anything I needed to do to prepare & was told no. The lady that answered the phone explained that they do everything in office and it would be a breeze. The “ Doctor “ walks in and asks why we were here & why didn’t we get this taking care of when my child was younger. Then decided he wouldn’t do it because he only does infants in office. That’s something that should have been said prior to the appointment. Something that should have been discussed when I made the first appointment they double booked or when they called to reschedule us for their mistake. He is more worried about handing out weed cards than doing his job! His staff is great and was extremely nice. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Dr. Rinaldi is the best! He knows his stuff. I 100% trust him, and I sure appreciate him. He really cares. He is very nice n the ladies @the desk are very nice as well. We need more doctors n staff like him.

I was a bit concerned after reading reviews that he sometimes rushes people out the door, but that wasn't an issue at all. He was so kind seemed to know what he was talking about. While he was fast, it was only because he covered everything necessary quickly. He listed to everything I wanted to say, and made another appointment to see me again.

Dr Michael Rinaldi is the most caring and honest physician in Crestview FL. He gives the most amazing personal experience. I could not imagine going anywhere else!!!

Dirty office, could not believe all the repairs it needs not to mention the dust everywhere. Dr. Rinaldi was nice although very vague as to what my dingos was. Considering getting a second pinion because I feel like I'm just a number instead of a person.
