Dr. Michael Don Roberts, MD

Great nurse and staff. Very busy but takes time to discuss things with me and my family about a really bad diagnosis. A " straight shooter" but also kind. I consider him my surgeon and my family's surgeon.

Getting test results are impossible. CT done over two weeks ago and still do not know the results, scheduled for surgery on Monday today is Friday?????

Mr Roberts as I will call him, because I feel he does not deserve the title Dr. He was very rude and showed no empathy toward my father. He was to put a chest tube in for my father and instead he took the will and hopes away from him. My father had leukemia and at the time the chest tube was inserted, his oncologist still had hope and thought he would make it to his third treatment of chemotherapy, which would have made him feel better. My father passed a week to the day that Mr Roberts to his fight away from him. He told my father that, "He was a dead man, He hoped he enjoyed his spring and summer, and that he just watched his own father die of the same disease". What kind of person would say these things, especially when he does not know his history, blood work, and what his own Dr. was telling him. I know how my father was the Friday before, this so called surgeon destroyed him. He was not himself after that. It was exactly a week, the same day, on a Saturday that my father passed… away. If you have a loved one, and is fighting for their life, I DO NOT recommend this person to be around him/her at all. He will suck the life out of them.
