Dr. Michael Richard Robichaux JR., MD

Dr. Robichaux saw me on short notice and immediately addressed my issue. That's the short version, here is the story: I'm a federal law enforcement agent working in special operations. A week before seeing Dr. Robichaux I sustained two broken arms/wrists with one being an open bilateral break, while climbing (and falling) in Utah. I was transported to a local hospital in Utah and a surgeon decided to do surgery, knowing the possible extent of the damage. Well, he did an appalling job. My severed nerve was left detached, dirt/debris were left in the wound, and the whole "set" was wrong. I was left in excruciating pain. Upon reaching Louisiana, my family immediately advised me to seek a consultation with Dr. Robichaux. We called, he fit me in, and upon seeing my condition recognized I was in need of immediate surgery to fix the issues. I'm not even addressing the broken right wrist that needed surgery but was simply set (improperly) in Utah. The next day he preformed a… lengthy surgery to put me back together including nerve and bone grafts. Dr. Robichaux and his staff treated me from to start to finish like their main or only patient. I'm now in week 2 of my recovery, going to rehab constantly and still suffering from pain.... But.... I have the peace of mind that I'm on the right track and hopefully will regain most of the use of my left arm/ nerves due to Dr. Robichaux. I cant say thanks enough.
