Dr. Michael Charles Rockwell

Office staff need professional office training. Very rude,condasending and argumentative . They are lacking in compassion, manners, missing the ability to listen and they do not have common scense. Front office SUCKS

did not let me no what happens after he wanted me to go off meds.allmost put me back in hospital AND OUTHER PROBLEMS

Dr. Rockwell was easy to talk to and spent a good amount of time talking with me about my background, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment options. He explained everything very well. I would recommend him to a friend.

The staff is very rude and immature. Important time sensitive documentation was lost or misplaced by the Dr.'s receptionist Tanya. Total attitude from Tanya, she is very incompetent. Lupe, the receptionist is very rude and felt it was here position to counsel me on my account standings. She needs to understand where her place is in the office..its NOT counseling... I will NOT be continuing with this Psyc. There was no continuity in care, no care plan implemented or followed, and the 15 min. meetings did nothing but drain $$$ from my pocket. The deal breaker was making an appointment to have important disability retirement documents completed and signed by the Dr. and was told by Dr. Michael Rockwell to fill out the documents myself and bring it back after making yet another appointment to have it signed..REALLY??? Getting any assistance from Lyndsey Clark the Office Mgr. was a joke..

He talks to you while he is on his laptop. No eye contact. I would not recommend him.

Dr Rockwell was great

I don't understand the bad reviews. In my experience, Dr. Rockwell is efficient, caring, and knowledgable. He is a little eccentric, but I think it is because he is very intellectual. He is good about personally returning phone calls re: meds, etc., and even calls after hours and weekends. I appreciate his kind service.

Dr. Rockwell is very educated and professional. He spends the correct amount of time and listens and is interested in progress and problems. I have been seeing him for a long time for medication monitoring and he has kept my life on an even keel. I highly recommend this doctor.

He walks to the waiting room, calls your name, stands holding the door open for you, just as you get half way there, he closes the door in your face, walks 12 feet to his office door and then waits for you to open the 1st door, and then walk before him (even if your a woman, I have seen him do this to others!), weird freakin bow-tie guy, dressed to the nines, very uppity butt crack kind a guy (my opinion). Wants you to relate everything to him on his time schedule (as he types it all down on his laptop and asks you personal information that isn't any of his business, B.S.) I do not recommend this guy. (myopinion)

Unethical, only in it for the money.
