Dr. Ronthal is brilliant. He does not have to guess at what your problem, he knows how to correctly examine you. He is a human MRI machine based on 40 -50 years examining patients. For those who think he is not the finest Neurologist in the Northeast, see someone else. There will always be people who are jealous of others, like this fine sensitive Dr. I consider myself fortunate to have lived my life making a six figure income being misdiagnosed by other Neurologists , only to have epilepsy from an old head injury. If not for Dr. Ronthal , I would have never been a businessman,. Dr. Ronthal isn't a guesser. A doctor that examines you and diagnoses you before an MRI. He is thiat good. He knows on exam what discs in your spinal cord without a problem. On my exams, X-rays, Emgs , Ct scans confirm his exam and findings. He is a legend in Neurology . I am fortunate to have The kind sensitive man as a Dr. You are a human being first and foremost and truly cares.

I don't like to give an all Star rating, but anything less would be a lie! i was bless that Dr. Ronthal took my case, without his medical expertise i be in a wheelchair for the rest of my natural life! Dr Ronthal is a 5.0 bar none!

I have had several herniated disks in my back and have been able to avoid surgery through Dr. Ronthal's care. He can take one look at you and diagnosis which vertabra are causing problems. He doesn't have the best bedside manner, but he is a genius neurologist.

Arrogant. Rude. Interested in beating his peers and not improving your health he does not coordinate with other doctors. Not helpful. Stay away. He needs to retire since he cannot remember from one appointment to another what he says bad recommends.
