Teladoc Doctor does not properly fill out orders to provide what he says he will. Then patient is left with no way of getting dit but making another appt. Poor Job!!! Would give zero stars if I could! If anyone else did their job like this, they would be fired!

Words can’t express how thankful I am that Dr. Rothkin was leading NW Hospital’s ER Team when I arrived by ambulance. Dr. Rothkin’s calm and compassionate demeanor instantly reassured me. He asked thoughtful questions and took time to listen. The ER staff and EMT’s clearly respect him as a genuine leader. Thank you for caring for our community!

I've been a patient at Northwest for many years and when I go to the ER and realize Dr.Michael Rothkin is seeing me I'm elated. He is very caring and knowledgable. He has great bedside manner. He actually listens to you the patient and orders appropriate medication. There were a few times I went and he admitted me which was a good call because I ended up staying for over a week. Thank you Dr. Rothkin for caring about your patients.!!
