He gave us the medical breakdown and then gave us the translation! He took the time to explain the Xrays, making sure we understood everything. He was pleasant, obviously intelligent, good humor, succinct, and seems to LOVE his job!. We liked him a lot and were pleased to find out he will be doing the surgery himself.

I appreciate how he quickly cuts to the real diagnosis while showing how he came to that conclusion using the MRI. He is friendly and cheerful which is great when you are receiving news that will effect your lifestyle.
