I am a new patient for dr.rudolph in santa ana location I got to the office 15 min late do to finding parking and the office .I singed in and I was told to wait. OK so far after 25 min of waiting they called me in but not to see the doc but to tell me I am a new patient and I was late .so they need to reschedule me. ok. when is the next appointment ? I asked. here we go. in 2 months they told me. Now I waited a month for this appointment and he can not wait for me 15 min. but if I was a new patient did he give me enough time? and how much time dose he give to see a new patients? and why I have to wait 2monthes for next appointment? and when I came to the office. why they did not tell me right away and not made me wait 25min ? what doc do that to his patients ? and do I want to be in this doc care ??? everyone knows when you go the doc office on time or not you are going to wait !!! how long no one knows but you know your going to wait its a fact!!! so if my appointment with him as… new patient is I don't know lets say 45 min I came late 15min .don't you as doctor care for your patient the new ones to give them some time even if it wasn't the full appointment time so you can help them? or your time is so valuable that you patients have to give their time in your office waiting and thats OK. this doctor is not good doc that I want to be under his care because he dose not care for hi patient he only care for his time.
