Dr. Michael Alexander Samotowka, MD

My mother died suffering and neglected in the hospital years ago. I have spent years processing the cruel way Dr. Samotowka and the staff of the hospital treated her. They covered up their neglect and their incompetence and cruelty. I contacted the Georgia Board of Health every week for six months until they finally took action. The hospital did nothing and the cruelty of Dr. Samotowka to my mother is something I will never forget or forgive.

If you are unfortunate enough to have this doctor you may as well just have stayed home he cares so little about his patients it’s appalling and Memorial Hospital should be ashamed for allowing him to practice medicine the way he does. I guarantee the good reviews are all fake just like his care toward his patients. Get to another hospital immediately.

Cruel in his dealings with my mother and other women, including myself, in my family. Acted with impunity. Hospital protected despite our complaints.
